Meet the world’s tallest man, who lives in Ghana.

He has been listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s tallest man. He also broke his left leg when he fell from running around his village in 1997.

He grew up with a condition called pituitary gigantism, which causes abnormal growth hormone secretion by his pituitary gland, resulting in excessive production of growth hormones and causing him to grow faster than normal children do at that age.

The rare disorder affects 1 in 10 million people and can be treated with medication or surgery, according to the institute.

It’s not every day you meet a man who is 7’8″ tall.

But that’s exactly what happened when I met Robert Ndubuisi Eke, tallest person in the world man. He was born with a condition called pituitary gigantism, which causes an overproduction of growth hormones in the body and leads to abnormally large limbs and organs.

He grew up with it but didn’t realise his abnormality until he was 16 years old and noticed that his friends had stopped growing while he continued to grow taller than all his peers. “I told my mum that I was growing faster than everyone else,” he told me at his home in Nigeria’s capital city Abuja.”She took me to see a doctor who confirmed it.”

He works as a carpenter and gets his nickname “The Giant” from people who see him walking around town or working on buildings.

When he isn’t working or spending time with his family, he enjoys watching sports like soccer and basketball–but only when they are being played by kids!

A few years ago, doctors told him that they could not lengthen his legs because they were too damaged. He doesn’t use a wheelchair because it hurts him to sit down for long periods of time.

The tallest man in the world is Sultan Kosen from Turkey, who stands at 8 feet 3 inches tall and weighs over 350 pounds! That’s a lot of meat on his bones!

Sultan Kosen is so large that if he were an average person, he would have enough muscle mass to lift an SUV over his head!
